Sunday December 6th Cantine De Gregorio was busy in the making of the first Family Reunion, the special opening serie with seasonal product themed episodes.

The main character is a different typical product each time.
Last time it was Cauliflower, that was expertly cooked in all of its different varieties and colours.

Chef Christian and Chef Calogero have joined forces to present this common vegetable with incredible anti-inflammatory properties in a new and elegant way.

The menù was traditional yet at the same time creative and delivered right on point the Sicilian typical flavors of the season with modern elements that the two young Chefs have enhanced.
